Shipping policy

Overview

Our processing time is 0 – 2 business days and, in most cases, our shipping time 1 business day to UK mainland locations. Deliveries to Scottish highlands, Ireland or Channel Islands may take 2 working days. Our processing time depends on many factors and in rare cases can take as long as 2 business days. In most cases, orders placed before 14:00 are shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after 16:00 will be considered as placed the following business day – thus, an order from 16:01 on Monday will most likely not be shipped out before Tuesday.

We are unable to change the delivery company or anything about the consignment, but you will be able to set a different delivery date on the courier’s website should the need arise.

Our website updates its stock approximately once an hour, which sometimes results in out-of-stock items appearing in-stock. If this happens, we will be in touch by email to inform you about the stock issue, provide a timeframe for when stock is likely to become available and offer a refund or make alternate shipping arrangements.

Who we use

We are fully aware how important an efficient and prompt delivery service is to our customers.

Our parcels are delivered by DPD Local who have, year on year proved themselves to be one of the most efficient couriers around, providing a consistently high success rate compared to their competitors.
 

One Hour Delivery Window

DPD Local provides customers with a one hour delivery window so you don’t have to wait in all day for your parcel:

  • Customers are given a one hour delivery window 
  • You can be notified of this by text, email or both
  • If not convenient you can use the text or email to change the delivery date

Track Your Order

If you do not receive either of the above delivery window notifications, please get in touch and we can supply you with a Tracking ID with which you can follow your parcel on the DPD Local website.

Website Delivery Charges

Our website only offers “Next working day” delivery. The delivery costs increment according to the weight of the parcel and the intervals are as follows: under 4kg, 4 – 15kg, 15 – 45kg, 45 – 90kg, 90 – 135kg, 135 – 180kg, 180 – 225kg. There may be a surcharge applied for certain addresses, such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish and Scilly Isles. This should be automatically calculated by our checkout process. You can estimate the delivery cost in the Basket page on our website.

We offer free shipping on orders whose VAT-inclusive value is more than £550. In the exceptional circumstance that the order is over £550 but the weight of the order makes free shipping unviable, we will contact you to work out the best solution for both parties.
